Three steps.
One connected workspace.

Open EmailDJ and choose Google sign-in. This signs you into EmailDJ; Gmail mailbox access is connected separately.

Enable 2-Step Verification ↗, then open Google App Passwords ↗ and create a password for EmailDJ.

App passwords may be unavailable for managed Workspace accounts, Advanced Protection or some security-key settings. If the option is missing, check Google’s guidance ↗ or ask your administrator before subscribing.

Open Settings → Email Account → Manage mailbox. Enter your Gmail address and paste the 16-character app password into App password / token, then connect. Use the dedicated app password rather than your normal Google password. Review your recent mail and tasks as synchronization and analysis finish.

Open EmailDJ and choose Microsoft sign-in. Review the request to read and send mail for your connected account.

Complete Microsoft’s authorization flow. If your work or school account requires administrator approval, ask your administrator to approve EmailDJ. If you already signed in without connecting mail, open Settings → Email Account → Manage mailbox and choose Microsoft authorization.

Use Microsoft authorization for Outlook and Microsoft 365. Password-only IMAP/SMTP and app passwords may not work with modern Microsoft accounts. Microsoft’s connection guidance ↗

Once the mailbox is connected, recent mail syncs in the background. Review To do, Waiting and Business impact as analysis finishes. You review drafts and choose when to send.
